Not Emergency: This is probably not an emergency.  However, as soon as you can, you should see your doctor.  Blood in the urine can be a bladder infection or something else.  Best wishes!

cystolitholapaxy 4 days ago. about 30 bladder stones removed. procedure was outpatient. today, i passed two large blood clots and a 3rd just now. is this expected? im afraid to drink water! can a blood clot block my urethra? i am me thanks?

: Blood clots can block the urethra. Drinking plenty of water after the procedure is important in preventing clots from doing so. Drink at least 8 glasses of liquids per day. Call your urologist if you can't void, develop fever, abdominal pain or continue to bleed briskly.

can blood clots give you a "vibrating" feeling in you legs? having a lot of pain in the very top of my thigh/hip radiats down leg and across pelvis

Vibrating Feeling  : Vibrating feeling is unusual. You may have mralgia paresthetica, a dysfunction of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve which comes out of the abdoment across the front hip bone and permits sensation to the upper outer thigh.  You could also have disc disease at the l3-4 level.  If oyu are concerned about blood clots, you should see your primary care doctor asap.

the lymph nodes in my pelvis have been swollen/sore all day i just had a bowel movement & it was bloody and had a few blood clots can it wait until am?

If you are: hemorrhaging or have severe abdominal pain that warrants immediate evaluation.  Bloody diarrhea is also a medical emergency. If you have black, tarry, malodorous stool that is also evidence of GI bleeding. Would definitely get checked w/in 24 hours and if it worsens get emergent eval.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. 
Your symptoms suggest pelvic inflammatory disease and you need to be evaluated by an in person examination.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

hematuria after longgggg lasting sex. new to lexipro which causes delayed ejaculation. blood clots in urine too. no sex no blood. gp did urinalysis all clear, ct pelvis and abd back in nov 4 abd pain, all clear. busted blood vessel or prostate?

Anatomy: Veins drain blood from periphery to the heart. Veins in the leg go up to the pelvis and then to the heart. If a clot forms in the vein in the leg, it can grow and reach the pelvis. More seriously, it can break and embolize the lung, resulting in cough, bloody sputum, pain and some times sudden death. Consult this site for more info.

had dilation of urethral yesterday and this morning no urine x2 attempts just blood clot x1 and tingling x1 is that normal, there was a lot of bleedin?

Possible, but...: Urethral dilation usually leaves no lingering bleeding, but not always, and it si worthwhile to just watch and see as long as degree of bleeding and pain slowly but surely is getting better day by day. If not so and off in 3-4 days or even worsening, ask your urologist... If developing fever with voiding trouble, go to ER ASAP. All the best to health &amp; happiness.
