Depends on cause: Oral bleeding can be a sign of low platelets, which may be concerning.  I would check your blood counts to see if you have normal platelets.

Stds and other infections can cause oral bleeding and sores as well.

Small blood clot: It's hard to say over the internet without a medical history and clinical exam.  It is most likely from some minute trauma somewhere in your mouth or perhaps an indication of some periodontal (gum) problem. Lots of other possibilities. When was your last dental exam?

Hard to say: For sure without more information. It is rare to get low platelets from consumption so i would think about an alternative process. One would be ttp. Another would be Heparin induced thrombocytopenia.

Both: Low platelets will cause a tendency to bleeding. There are few causes for why they are low, one of them being your marrow not producing enough. Hope it helps.

There are none: Essential thrombocythemia is a real disease and one for which the best treatment is to do nothing. Any "nature doctor" who offers you a non-evidence-based nostrum is doing less for you than someone who simply urges you not to treat a lab value. By the way, in the young, the thrombocytosis if iron deficiency can be mistaken for ET. Do you have a JAK2 mutation? Your physician is your best guide.

These are: Lowish but not low enough to do anything but repeat the test.  The issue is why were they drawn?  Higher WBC counts indicate infection, low counts of one element ( red cell, white cell or platelets) can be a variety of things for each from lack of production to excess destruction, to crowding out by other things.  Too much to detail here, repeat the test and call your doctor.

Salt water gargles: will help prevent infection and encourage healing after a tooth extraction.  Granulation tissue, which is part of the natural healing process, can look concerning to the untrained eye.  Surrounding redness and/or worsening pain are common signs of infection.

Symptoms variable: Blood clot on tongue on waking up suggests some bleeding earlier, either in oral or nasal cavity. In gastric ulcer or other digestive-system related bleeding, you would get black tarry stools. Since occasional nasal bleeding is not uncommon in normal folks, you can observe with symptomatic care and see your doctor if symptoms recur.
