Woke up this morning with blood clot on tongue,been having a lot of digestive problems and pain.may have marfan's syndrome,been questionable. 21yrs old?

Symptoms variable: Blood clot on tongue on waking up suggests some bleeding earlier, either in oral or nasal cavity. In gastric ulcer or other digestive-system related bleeding, you would get black tarry stools. Since occasional nasal bleeding is not uncommon in normal folks, you can observe with symptomatic care and see your doctor if symptoms recur.
