had thigh pain for weeks that suddenly stopped while stretching/massaging, now my heel is vibrating like a phone. could it be a blood clot? no pain.

Probably not: See your doctor soon if you think you have a blood clot. Chances are high you don't, because they often are medical emergencies that need to be treated as soon as possible. Most do not last three weeks without intense pain, swelling (ie, DVT) or some form of other acute symptoms (can't see, speak, breathe) that would make a person go to the ER immediately.Clots don't  usually cause heel vibration.

wore high heels and circulation cut off in foot for at least 10 minutes..felt numb.feeling came back quickly after removing.can this cause blood clot?

Not normally : You also may be dealing with a pinched nerve. Avoid those shoes and seek an evaluation by a podiatrist is the problem persists.

Blood clot.: While Orthopedic surgery is a risk factor for blood clot formation, I wouldn't expect only your heel to be manifesting symptoms of such.  That being said, you should be checked out by a local doctor to be sure.

i have a calcaneus fracture in my left heel. happened 5/27, now i have a small knot on the side of my right shin. could it be a blood clot?

Blood clot: First i hope your calcaneal fracture is non surgical and your in a medical or cam boot. But a blood clot usually represents pain at the calf and not in the anterior shin. Possible the pain at that site could be from your boot (if wearing on) or cast.

I would think: autoimmune,but get that foot checked out by a Dr. just to be sure.

: The Achilles tendon may be involved besides the gastrocnemius muscle. Ice the area, take Ibuprofen OTC with food as needed for pain, resting that foot by using a crutch, and see the orthopedist as soon as possible.

Dvt: If we are talking about a venous clot the its also termed a dvt. These can be dangerous because they can trave to the lung and cause a pulmonary embolis. These are lfethreatening.Causes od DVT are trauma, hypercoagulopathy, cancers, etc. Many pts are bed ridden. They may be smokers or on birth controll.

Get help Immediately: This is a dangerous situation which needs immediate care. You will need bed rest, Heparin followed up with oral anti-coagulant medications. How do you know you have blood clots? Was it diagnosed by a physician?

Pain and swelling: Usually you will feel leg swelling and/or pain (could be very painful). Rarely no symptoms or just swelling.
