Need check up: Bleeding anywhere in the body is a cause for concern. So watch yourself more closely and use white (toilet paper)paper to wipe. If the bleeding persists(and it is not time for your period) you need to see a gynecologist or a urologist to find out where you are bleeding from? Then the cause can be treated.

Blood: This would suggest that the bright red blood came from the vulva or vagina rather than the urinary tract. To be sure, a clean urinary specimen could be sent for a microscopic exam to make sure there are no red blood cells under the microscope. A gyn exam should be performed if blood appears again without your menstrual period.

Kidney stones,tumors,glomerular inflammation need to be ruled out.

Urine/vaginal blood: Are you sure the blood is in your urine, not vaginal bleeding. Either way, blood in the urine and abnormal or unexplained vaginal bleeding always is "concerning" and you should see your doctor. This has nothing to do with having donated plasma recently, just a coincidence.
