i have a small blood blister above my eye. i don't like it. how can i remove it.?

Skin lesion: The lesion you describe is probably a nevus(mole). I could also be a cherry angioma. I do not recommend you attemp removal requires surgical intervention. If truley a blood filled blister caused by trauma will resolve with no intervention.

No: A subconjunctival hemorrhage will clear in 1-2 weeks.

i have just noticed what looks like a blood blister (or burst capillary) in the white part of my eye. i dont notice any change in my vision. i have not hit or bumped my eye. is it anything to be concerned about?

No; however...: This is called a subconjunctival hemorrhage. While it can look frightening it is not serious and will resolve on its own.
While nothing to worry about, it may indicate a deficiency of Vitamin K (found in dark leafy greens and avocado) or bioflavonoids (found in many fruits and vegetables).

It can be if it grow: Any pigmented lesions on the skin are suspect for Cancer when they are new, if they are growing in size or changing in their color, shape and size.If you want to take good care of yourself, you should show it to your dermatologist or to your family doctor soon.

Hemangioma: This may be a vascular growth. These are usually benign. If bleeding persists, go to the hospital emergency room for treatment. A dermatologist can diagnose this skin lesion for you and advise you.

Check: Given the changes in the nature of the mole and the location on your face I would have the mole seen.

ITP blood blister: One could get blood blister( subconjunctival hemorrhage )  from eye strain, trauma, contact lenes or low platelets . Since you have ITP would get a complete blood count and platelet count today and would call you hematologist/ doctor and let them know as well. .

Depends: It could be a burst vessel but it would need to be seen to know for sure what is wrong. If she is experiencing loss of vision but no pain  this could be an emergency. There could also be something in the eye causing inflammation or infection so it is definitely worth having it further evaluated.

Blood blister: It will resorb on it's own. The most important thing is to allow it to remain intact to reduce chances of infection.

Blood Blister Heels: Blood blisters can happen from trauma or from bites.  Best at this time is to protect it.  Leave it intact, most blisters will reabsorb and become calluses.  Blood blisters indicate that the injury also may have caused damage to capillaries/ and or larger vessels.  Sleep with heels off bed and wear shoes that don't rub on the heel.  See a podiatrist to make sure there area no underlying causes.
