I have itp, and today i took a little nap and woke up with a blood blister under my eye, from corner of eye, about 3/4 inches long. no pain.

ITP blood blister: One could get blood blister( subconjunctival hemorrhage ) from eye strain, trauma, contact lenes or low platelets . Since you have ITP would get a complete blood count and platelet count today and would call you hematologist/ doctor and let them know as well. .
