Smoking not stress: Non-trauma, spontaneous pneumothorax (sp) occur as a result of an abnormality in the lung tissue. Risk factors for primary and secondary sps include: smoking (including marijuana), tall thin stature in otherwise healthy, connective tissue disorders, pregnancy, familial history. Sps are associated with 20-40% recurrence rate (depending type).

Blebs: you chest pain may be due to rupturing blebs on your lungs. A visit to the E R is in order to run out the possibility of another collapsed lung

Blebs: chest pain is a common manifestation of a collapsed lung. Given history of pulmonary blebs ("blisters") and prior collapsed lung (pneumothorax), examination by a doctor and a chest x-ray is recommended.

Anti inflammatory : "Blood Blisters" did they mean lung contusion? Did he suffer any trauma to the chest? Broken ribs? In that case he needs an anti-inflammatory to control the pain. He will cough when he takes a deep breath if his lung was not fully expanded. It is important to control the pain and breath deeply to avoid a pneumonia/ lung infection.

Probably not: Not unless you need a diagnosis on what kind of pulmonary fibrosis you have exactly. By "blisters", i assume you mean either bullae or bronchiectasis. Bullae are operated on when they are really big, more than one third of the lung. Bronchiectasis may be resected if they cause repeated infections. And, there is lung volume reduction surgery, but that is done for certain cases of copd.

Blisters on Legs: Blisters on the legs can be caused by:an allergic reaction, herpes simplex, infections like staph, fungal infections, drug eruptions, diabetes, contact dermatitis, an autoimmune disorder like bullous pemphigoid.  Treatment depends on the cause. See your local dermatologist for a diagnosis and treatment.

A few options: Might be a local allergic reaction--jewelry, something in pocket of shirt, etc.--or from an insect bite(-s)--or early shingles / zoster. Should see your dr or urgent care dr to have it checked.

Depends: On what it iis.  Poison ivy rash-calamine.  If shingles, then nothing and see your doctor. If reaction to something topical or systemic,  steroid cream or oral steroids. Point is, it could be many different things and it needs to be looked at to decide the best treatment.

One side of chest?: If the blisters are only on one side of the chest then you could have shingles.  See your doctor for evaluation and treatment.
