Pain in the upper chest. i was born with blisters on my lungs and already collapsed one lung? is either of these the cause?

Blebs: chest pain is a common manifestation of a collapsed lung. Given history of pulmonary blebs ("blisters") and prior collapsed lung (pneumothorax), examination by a doctor and a chest x-ray is recommended.

It is: possible that you have a pneumothorax from bleb rupture. There are many causes of chest pain. Go to the ER or urgent care center for an evaluation.
