See an ENT Doctor: I would not hesitate to see an ENT specialist.  I t may be nothing, but don't wait and take a chance.  Could be a mouth breathing issue.

See below: First  do you have any other symptoms? What color is your tongue? This is usually seen with a tongue that is yellowish or yellowish/green and is indicative of liver or gall bladder i nvolvement buty if this is just on your palate i would see a physician.

got a blister on soft palate (last 10 days may be). it reduces but reaper with some pus then goes down again. not very painful bt sometimes itchy?

See dentist: Really need to see a dentist/oral surgeon.  Sometimes people will burn the soft palate with hot foods/drinks, but this sounds like some sort of infection that needs immediate attention

Probably a cold sore: You may have a canker sore caused by the herpes virus.  These are especially painful little lesions that may occur in the mouth.  They may be so painful as to cause it to be difficult to swallow! you could try some Valtrex (valacyclovir) from you fp to decrease the pain intensity and duration. For the most part, this is a viral infection that may just take some time to heal. Continue with supportive measures.

have a kind of hard, painless bump right side of mouth, in front of uvula (basically soft palate). i see the dentist in 2 weeks but am worried.

Soft palate: How large is the bump? How long has it been present?  Are you a smoker?  Have you had any trauma in his area?  It is impossible to make a diagnosis without seeing and examining  the bump. These are some of he questions your dentist will need to know.  If you are concerned try to,see your dentist sooner than two weeks.
