4 weeks post tah and salpingectomy and was out with my fianc drinking, one thing led to another and had anal sex. i was supposed to refrain from sex for 6 wks.. what signs should i be looking for? no bleeding occurred.

Take it easy: Both drinking and engaging sex that soon after surgery were not advisable. From what you described, no harm seems to have occurred. Watchful waiting is okay. If you get bleeding, develop fever or pain, it would be prudent to contact your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i had surgery a year and a half ago. the procedure was laparoscopy right salpingectomy. i have vaginal bleeding. could it come from the surgery?

Not likely: Bleeding from this remote operation is highly unlikely.  Have your doctor look for another cause.

had salpingectomy lost left tube, procedure prior to ivf. surgery done on cd1. but i saw light vaginal bleeding one week after surgery. is it normal?

Yes: Usually during surgery on the tubes an instrument is placed in the uterus to help manipulate it during the procedure. It is common to see spotting after surgery. You cycle should resume as normal with your next cycle.

is heavy bleeding after emergency laparoscopic left salpingectomy for ruptured ectopic pregnancy anything to be concerned about?

Ectopic: bleeding: An ectopic (tubal) pregnancy produces extra hormones which make the lining of the uterus thicken, so when the pregnancy is removed, the lining will continue to bleed until the accumulated lining has been shed.  Ask your gyn surgeon to start you on low dose oral contraception (if there are no contraindications).  If the bleeding continues,  see your physician for an exam.

i had a bilateral salpingectomy on february 21st of this year, and up til then i have a normal period. since the surgery i now have my period 2-3 times a month and when i have sex i start bleeding heavy and cramping after. i have no stis. im 30?

: Bleeding of that frequency needs to be evaluated.  Please make an appointment to see a gynecologist if the bleeding continues.  It may represent something else going on in your uterus or other pelvic organs.

Abscess drain: the abscess may have to be opened wider to promote drainage and needs to be cultured to rule out bacterial infection or resistant bacteria.

Go see ur family doc: Warm compresses are reasonable to apply to suspected infections such as abscesses (pus pockets). Ice is best for injuries. Abscesses don't usually bleed but rather can cause pain &amp; may drain pus. Best to go see your family doc for complete evaluation. You may need an I&amp;D (incision &amp; drainage) to allow pus to come out. Sometimes antibiotics are offered. If this recurs, consider marsupialization.

Gingivitis/Periodont: Swelling, bleeding of gums are classical symptoms of gingivitis and if there is lost of attachment it is called periodontitis.  It is very unlikely to die from an abscess but it is possible.  Any kind of infection which an abscess is needs to be treated as soon as possible.

my 6 months pregnancy time abscess arises and removed by surgery. but after 2 month of my delivery again its arise and sometimes bleeding.what will do?

Abscess: You could ask your ob/gyn doctor to consult with an infectious diseases expert and coordinate care in that manner, so that if further surgical intervention proves necessary it can be discussed between the two physicians and the antibiotic therapy chosen to supplement the needed surgical drainage.
