I have an abscess on my bum, it did erupt but its been bleeding and with pus. the pain is reducing however should i be concerned about the bleeding ?

See doctor: Since this is an area prone to contamination, you need to consult your doctor ASAP because a spread of the infection into the blood stream can be life-threatening. In addition, one needs to make sure that there is no fistula present. Don't wait.
