Small amount of: Bleeding or spotting after hysterectomy is normal, but heavy bleeding like a period is not. If that is the case you need to see your gyn surgeon as soon as possible to have a pelvic exam done to make sure the incision at the top of the vagina did not come apart.

Bad idea : You have to let the vaginal incisions heal. You need to schedule follow up with your surgeon to see if you have torn the stitches at the back of the vagina. Avoid intercourse until you have been cleared by your surgeon.

i had hysterectomy on april 3but still having some bleeding like a cycle. is that normal i gotten two different medicine to stop it and still bleeding?

Possibly: It is normal to have some light bleeding, i.e. A panty liner takes care of it.  This can last for several weeks.  Usually the bleeding will change to a pinkish/watery discharge as the tissue heals and the sutures dissolve.  If your bleeding is heavier than this or if you are having a pain, fever, or foul smelling discharge; i would recommend seeing your doctor to get this looked at.

Somewhat: Concerning.  If you are having some bleeding after a hysterectomy you should review this with your doctor(s).  The cramping sounds severe too, particularly, if it's waking from sleep. Again another reason to be seen and evaluated by your doctor(s).

May have UTI...: For your conditions, the discomfort may result from intercourse-related irritation, but it's important to check out if you have infection. If blood in urine persists even after confirming no uti, you need to see urologist to make sure that your bladder is okay.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. It is unlikely to be cancer, but it still warrants evaluation.

Not from recurrence: depending on the extent of endometrial invasion of the wall of the uterus, at 2 years if there is no evidence of recurrence in pelvis or distal spread on CAT, the vaginal bleeding probably unrelated.
On pelvic if a lesion of vagina seen, then bx should be performed.  This is rare following a good hysterectomy for endometrial disease, but can occur from squamous Ca of vagina or other lesion.

Yes, : Yes, you can still have endometriosis after a hysterectomy. There could be residual endometrial tissue which continues to grow, or there can be endometrial tissue outside of the uterus and ovaries. If you are starting to bleed after15 years with no bleeding, i recommend that you see your gynecologist, to confirm the source of the bleeding.

Depends.: Probably the most common reason for bleeding after a hysterectomy is granulation tissue where the vagina was sewn together. This tissue is normal healing tissue but bleeds easily. It can be removed in the office with silver nitrate or cautery. See your doctor to discuss the reason for your bleeding.
