Probably nothing: Dark lines can mean a cavity but usually they are just stained areas. Have your dentist check and make sure they are not cavities.

Stain / decay: Most likely it is stain in the deep anatomical grooves. Best to have an exam to be sure. If not kept clean, they can lead to decay. Sometimes they begin to demineralize, get stained, and with proper homecare and fluoride, remineralize. Get them checked.

Could be cavity: The chewing surfaces of the back teeth are the most likely area to have decay.  It may be stain, early cavity, or a cavity that has not reached the sensitive parts of the tooth.  
By the time a cavity hurts its usually means that a root canal is needed.

Get this checked out before its an issue.  If its not a cavity the grooves and pits can be sealed so its less likely to get a cavity

Gum infection ?: Difficulty chewing on your molars could  be due to inflammation of the gums or under the tooth in the bone socket. This could also be associated with an infection. The color change in your gums to purple is not normal. It should be pink. Go to your dentist and get an evaluation before it worsens.

See a dentist: This dark painful, bleeding area is something that needs to be evaluated and treated by a dentist.  It may be something stuck under your gums causing a localized infection. A dentist would need to see you to evaluate and treat the problem

Trauma: If you just noticed it, the black/dark red spot most likely represents an area of trauma, such as happens when biting your cheek.  This could occur during chewing without you realizing it. It should disappear within a week, unless you keep biting it.  It may also represent pigment of no consequence.  If you use dip or chew, it could be serious & you should be checked by your doctor or dentist.

Your dentist has been trained to differentiate between stains and actual carious lesions over many years of schooling and experience. If you are truly concerned about the qualifications of your provider then seek a 2nd opinion locally.

Sounds like cavity: It sounds like you have a cavity with some irritation. Hopefully you will only need a filling and not a root canal. Only your dentist will be able to tell you if you need a root canal after they do an exam. Please see a dentist as soon as possible.
