You've ask this in other posts, but the answer remains the same. Over the internet it is impossible to tell if those stains/lesions need immediate restoration. Your dentist has been trained to differentiate between stains and actual carious lesions over many years of schooling and experience. If you are truly concerned about the qualifications of your provider then seek a 2nd opinion locally.
