Otolaryngologist: I recommend an examination by an otolaryngologist as well as a blood pressure check in view of frequent nosebleeds. However these are commonly due to excessive dryness in your home causing a cracking of  nasal membrane and veins there. You may need cauterization of the area if the nose bleed is always from the same nostril. Add a humidifier,apply a tiny amount of Vaseline to your nostrils nightly

i was eating coated almonds from a shop and one tasted really bitter , could that be the almond that contains cyanide ?

It might: bitter almonds do contain cyanide as do other foods. Most almonds sold in the U.S. Are sweet almonds but a portion of imported almonds may have bitter almonds mixed in. Benzaldehyde is what causes the bitter flavor. Emulsin causes hydrolysis of amygdalin making cyanide. Adults who consume large amounts of bitter almonds (~50 or more) can be lethal.

Possibly: Would recommend that you don't eat any more almonds.  Seek advice of an allergist.

No: Had there been enough cyanide in your system, you would not have been able to ask the question. Just bitter taste.

Mouth: The mouth ulcers can be from cold sores or a type of herpes simplex - type one. This is very common. In rare case autoimmune issues can cause mouth sores. Discoloration of the tongue can be related to lichen planus. If this is persistent or getting worse, it would be reasonable to see you primary physician for evaluation and consider treatment possibly with oral steroid paste if indicated.

i ate some chocolate with almonds then my throat got itchy, it's been about 2 hours and it's still itchy but now my tongue is too but only a little bit, i don't have benadryl but can i take xyzal? i plan to get an allergy test asap. this is new to me?

: Definitely take that allergy medication. Proceed to the hospital emergency room if throat swelling or respiratory distress develops. Avoid almonds and all tree nuts( google these) until you consult an allergist. Chocolate allergies are rare.

Not related: If your symptoms occured immediately after ingesting the almond chocolate, it may be an allergy. One week later, your symptoms are not related to it. You may have environmental allergies. See an allergist and get tested to determine your triggers.

Unknown: It should not make your tongue numb, but could have some affect on taste.  There is not long term data or studies on e-cig use, tough, so not much is really known on the side effects, or harm in use.  Many medications can affect taste, as well.

Tongue numbness: There are lots of possibilities including something as simple as a food allergy or sensitivity. If the numbness persists, first see your dentist who may refer you to a physician if necessary in order to determine the cause of your symptoms.

Numb tongue: Numbness or tingling is related to nerve involvment. A thorough exam and nerve exam will be needed to determine the cause. See your dentist or oral surgeon for evaluation.
