Chew slower: Sounds simple, but slow down. Once an area has trauma, it is swollen and becomes much easier to re-injure. Take your time and take it easy.

: When certain teeth are out of alignment, one may bite into the tongue often. High stress level or anxiety can cause tongue bite unknowingly. When you bite your tongue during eating or talking, it may be due to imperfect coordination through the pons, part of midbrain. Decreasing distraction will improve the coordination and reduce the tongue bite. Hope it helps.

the inside of my mouth on the left side was swollen i thought it was from my wisdom teeth coming in but one on that side still hasnt appeared, but i ended up biting it. creating a canker sore. now it looks loke its eating the inside of my gum n chee?

Problem: Even though you do not see a wisdom tooth it does not mean that the problem does not originate from an erupting tooth below the gum line. Could also be the opposing wisdom tooth erupting. Could also be other dental problems. Therefore in order to know what it is and what to do about it you will need to see your local dentist.

Can be difficult : Biting your cheeks  can be caused by a bad bite or clenching or grinding you teeth.
In some people it is just a habit and this is hard to break.  It will take awareness on your part to determine when you are doing this.  Once you know that it is easier to focus on the tome or events when you do this and gradually stop.

? enlarged tongue: Has you tongue become bigger? It would be prudent to see a doctor to rule out hypothyroidism, amyloidosis or other condition that may cause the tongue to become larger.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Scarring: Chronic cheek biting will lead to a callous or scar effect on the cheek. It may feel like a little soft lump and may have a whitish discoloration. It has no permanent dysfunction that I am aware of.

CHEEK BITING: The dentist will put a dental guard to keep  you from grinding teeth while asleep so you can not bite your cheek.

Mouth biting : This is a lot easer said then done.
I find that most of the time it's done at night in rem sleep and can not be stopped.Bi have had some success with a night guard.  If  its occurring during day you must try to stop the habit.

can' hardly open and close my mouth without biting my left cheek. it's become so often that i now have a line/bulge on my cheek from all the biting.

Something's wrong: That your cheek is so swollen inside.  You could have an infected/ enlarged gland or just swelling from the inflammation from all the bites.  Someone needs to check your cheek for a cause and make sure that your jaw alignment is OK.  You can start with a clinic for this but may need a dentist/oral surgeon.  Good luck!
