Can be difficult : Biting your cheeks can be caused by a bad bite or clenching or grinding you teeth. In some people it is just a habit and this is hard to break. It will take awareness on your part to determine when you are doing this. Once you know that it is easier to focus on the tome or events when you do this and gradually stop.
