Great blood supply: The good news is that area has fantastic blood supply and so healing occurs rapidly. Inflammation (red, hot, tender swelling) is the body increasing the blood flow to the injury to bring healing factors to the area and veins expand to carry bad stuff away. Lip balms are all essentially similar and so there is no magic balm.  Avoid further trauma to the area. Let nature take it's course.

Traumatic fibroma: Most likely, you are describing a traumatic fibroma. It is a benign soft tissue overgrowth due to chronic trauma. The treatment is to simply have the fibroma tissue removed and biopsied. Any general dentist can help you to solve the problem.

This narrowing reduces the amount of heat lost through your skin and channels more blood to the internal organs that run your body. When the blood vessels in your skin contract, it loses its usual pinkish color-a color that comes from the regular supply of red blood flowing through it-and you appear pale.

Mucocele: Mucocele is a fluid fill cyst causing by depostion of fluid from minor salivary gland into tissue space.  It could be very easy removed by resection (a simple 5 minutes procedure).  It occurs as the minor salivary gland is injured during lip biting.  It may have blue tint color.

Unsure: Oral cancer is primarily started by irritation like putting tobacco in the same spot.  I am not sure that chewing on your cheek is associated with cancer.  The first sign of oral cancer is leukoplakia or a white plaque at the spot.
