Strange question: if you chocked after eating peanuts and associated breathing difficulty followed that it is emergency. see doctor ASAP. I m however is not certain if you need theoat biopsy for this. There are might other reasons to suggest biopsy beside peanut true allergy reaction. Again, see your doctor and get proper evaluation and Tx.

Depends on result of: Biopsy and your symptoms.  Your surgeon should be able to give you specific advice after results of biopsy are back.  But it sounds like a pretty big mass to me.

i have 3 nodules on thyroid getting biopsy next week. currently feeling sandy gritty feeling in throat and chest. what's the cause of that?

You are nervous: about your procedure. Follow the advise of your doctors , FNS or fine needle aspiration is done as simple out patient procedure , needle aspirants  then will be analyzed for cancer cells. If you have 3 nodules most likely is  a benign multi nodular  goiter , and wait for the good report , then  your symptoms will disappear

had biopsy on thyroid lump, it came back ok. now it seems to b at the front of my throat and when i lay down i feel like i'm being strangled ?

Thyroid: You should duscuss this problem with your doctor.  This can be caused by a number of things, and it's possible that you just have a large thyroid, as this can give those feelings.  Or, it is also possible that the biopsied nodule became cystic after the biopsy and enlarged.  In any case, it's the new symptoms that are most concerning and need to be addressed by your doctor.

Abnormal cells: it means cells of that area were abnormal and had excess amount of keratin ( a substance present in the cells during the process of maturation)
This is not cancer but it may become cancer in future

Possible: Depending on where the biopsy was taken from in the lung, if there was irritation of the tissues or the pleura, you may develop a cough and it goes away.
