See your doctor: Your doctor may need to refer you for psychiatric therapy if she also agrees with your diagnosis. You will need to see someone who specializes in that disorder along with possible medication. Most of the time these are psychiatric types of issues which can be approached with or without medication.  Need a good clean diagnosis first by a trained expert. Search out a good psychologist/psychiatrist for guidance and help.

Advice: please get bloodwork done first if you have not already. thyroid problems or other endocrine problems can cause weight changes. also the binge eating is probably what is causing you to gain weight, try to have a balanced diet. diet pills do not really work for long term goals.
