If there's infection: And it is an oozing white thick liquid associated with pain, it can be a drainage from an abscess, e.g. Periodontal abscess. Please see your dentist to determine the condition.

Alt treat may work.: If donor allograft material was placed to enhance or help  provide a protective layer of gums over your exposed root surfaces, and the graft does not take, you may want to consider a graft of your own (hard gum) attached gingiva.  While more invasive, a small strip from the roof of your mouth, or a sliver slid over from a nearby healthy area, may have a better chance of success.

No and Yes: No, they should not cause any gum problem if done properly with thin, well adapted margins at or just below the gum line and with proper contours and a seal margin..... And yes if poor contours, bulky margins and tucked too far below the gum line. All dental restoration require slightly better oral hygiene as nothing is as perfect as nature.

All of them: There are many vitamins that when lacking, cause  dental problems; but, recommended daily allowances are only the dosages of vitamins that are minimum to prevent deficiency syndromes.  The optimal amount of vitamins for health is still debatable.  Good  balanced nutrition is vital to good health and healing. Yes: The pain could be related to gum you chew and to the gums (tissue) in your mouth.  If you have pain from chewing gum, it is possible you may have decay in the tooth, or a loose or missing filling.  Another possible cause of pain from chewing is that the tooth may be loose due to periodontal (gum) disease or an abscessed tooth.
