according to your experience what is the best drugs for generalized anxiety disorder and depression and do not increase the prolactin levels, tried many classes but doesn't seems that effects and see many psychiatrists ,so just your advice on drug rx?

: Cognitive behavioral therapy with a trained Counsellor/psychotherapist can often be the most helpful thing, but SNRI meds like venlafaxine &amp; escitalopram, or SSRI meds like sertraline &amp; fluoxetine are usually 1st line therapy. Spiritual Counselling with prayer &amp; Bible reading can also help. Our world is very stressful, especially with COVID added in!

Cognitive Behavioral therapy or psychotherapy can be effective. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night &amp; good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle &gt;
