They're safe, reversible, and don't affect weight gain/mood. They're almost as good as getting sterilized

Walking: Is the best exercise.  However, if you walk 1 mile only, you will burn up only 100 calories, about one 5th of a single doughnut.  Restrict your diet to god made food.

Sometimes: Sometimes overweight people of both genders do the insanity workouts.  They do need to be mindful of the shape their bodies are in, and build up stamina gradually.  There's a reason it's called "insanity."  insane to expect to complete the entire workout at the speed shown on the videos, from the very first time. :-).
