Walking: Walking is great any time of year, unless you have a specific pulmonary issue with the heat and humidity. It is good to vary your exercise and workout routine to use different muscle groups.

Good amount: The cdc recommends at least 150 min./week of moderate or 75 min./week of vigorous exercise a week, as well as muscle-strengthening activities at least 2 days a week. More is even better but your level seems quite good. Keep up the good work!

Generally yes: For most "soft tissue" injuries (muscle, tendon, or ligament), non-impact activities can be very beneficial for rehabilitation and healing.  However, accurate identification of the injury is important to develop the proper therapy plan. This is particularly important for more serious injuries. See you family doctor, orthopedist, or physiatrist for a referral to a physical therapist if necessary.

i did exercise on my stationary bike and now i'm spotting, it happened some months ago and i stopped now i've started back yesterday and this morning i'm spotting again. is that normal? it wasn't vigorous exercise just 15 minutes casual riding?

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Yes, ....: Apparently, you got ecchymosis (bruise) from bleeding by severe contusion, which may slowly extend and expand to a wide degree and span over 3-5 days, and will spontaneously resolve over 2-8 weeks leaving almost no residual mark but not always. As to when to resume exercise, you may do so as long as being tolerable &amp; no undue swelling. More? Seek evaluation and counseling.

cause of burning pain below my knee that started, suddenly, while riding stationary bike at the gym? i work out 5 days a week, this pain is new.

Leg pain : Below the knee are many parts of the leg. When a patient reports your symptoms  I would ask point to the pain. That helps diagnose the problem. This can be from muscles, bone, tendons, ligaments, and nerve. Based on what you say I would guess the following: irritated patella chondromalacia patella, or tendonitis or muscle inflammation (tibialis anterior) of the leg.

It's all related : It's possible to have a pain arch wins that only last for a few seconds between your shoulder blades and radiating to the front because the ribs are connected both to the spine in back as well as the sternum in front (breastbone.) your breathing patterns from your diaphragm could be affecting this, and your neck too. See an osteopathic physician, who can do a complete musculoskeletal exam, diagnose it, and to get you out of pain quickly.

Wolff's Law: Yes...But controversial answer.   Weight bearing exercise such as walking is good for your bones (osteoporosis) because of their response to stress and impact. This leads to strengthening of your bones known as wolff's law.  While technically not bearing weight, stationary biking and elliptical use do cause resistance (muscles tug on bone) thus also strengthening your bones to some extent.
