You : You are most likely having a severe muscle spasm.  You can try ice, advil, (ibuprofen) and very gentle stretching.  A physical therapist may be helpful.  The other thing we always worry about with leg pain however i will mention, and that is a blood clot.  If you have any history of clots, or have swelling, severe pain, increased pain when the leg is down, chest pain, or shortness of breath, then you must go to the er to evaluate it.

Growth likely ended: A 22 year old cannot grow taller because his bone's growth plates have fused (stopped growing). To look taller, one can choose properly designed clothing &amp; shoes, and have good posture. Being confident, having good social skills, and a strong speaking voice is good. Vitamins, supplements, "special" foods, exercise, etc... will not make a person living in the U.S. taller (height here is genetic).

High heels: are your best option for now, work on self esteem next, 5 feet is a good height, taller than many, academic / career / family achievements can make make you stand much higher, good luck

Plantar fasciitis: Or excessive strain on arch. Try more supportive foot wear, heat/ice and stretching. If still a problem, see podiatrist.

Plantar fascitis: Sound ilke you have a bad case of plantar fascitis- stretching o the feet tendons before you get out of bed in the morning, massage, warm water soaks, injections, ultrasound treatment are all modalities that can be used. Avoid prolonged standing. If all of this does't work, surgery is the last resort- not 100% effective but does work in most cases.

i'm experiencing a stretching pain underneath my right foot and this pain feels like my skin underneath is not enough for my foot. pain started 2017 january.  everytime i walk i feel the pain but i'm currently walking the pain off everyday.

Plantar Fasciitis : You can try rolling your foot on ice and on a tennis ball. You may need to see a specialist. Try to avoid corticosteroid injections.

i have pain in my left knee, is seems to be mostly under my kneecap, more on the left side. i feel pain when i need to get up after sitting, or just before stretching my knee completely (at 20 degrees), and when i twist foot while having knee bent?

: I assume there's been no recent left knee injury. However overuse syndrome from exercise,work or chores is a possibility. Resting the knee should resolve this. If your knee symptoms appear persistent, get checked by your MD for tendinitis or a condition called chondromalacia which occurs behind the kneecap &amp; is common in young women as they tend to have more pressure on the sides of the patella

the outer side of my left foot has been numb for 4 days, before the numbness i experience pain in my left leg when stretching or rotating my ankle.

Nerve stretching.: The nerve supplying the skin to your outer foot has been either stretched or otherwise injured to the extent that nerve impulses can no longer move down the nerve with authority. Fear not, most times the nerve regenerates and the feeling returns. You will have to be patient. To remove all doubt you can always have your foot evaluated by an expert.

i am unable to dorsiflex my foot after a bad lateral sprain 7 weeks ago. even with stretching and exercises, there is medial ankle pain. why is this?

Pain: You may have torn a tendon or fractured your fibula. I would see a physician to get a definitive diagnosis
