Gagging on foods: Continue with stage two foods and give you baby a chance to mature more and get bigger.  As long as he is growing well on stage two foods, there is no rush to get him to eat table foods.

See below: Work with a physical therapist or a yoga therapist. They can help you learn what good posture looks like and what exercises you need to do to attain a better posture.Once you get the "feel" of good posture, repeated attention to this will change your old patterns over time.

Possibly: The liver sits in the right upper quadrant, and so it is possible that am injury to that area can damage the liver.  With all that being said, it would be highly unusual to injure your liver by the mechanism you described.  If you are concerned, consider being seen where an exam and possibly a scan.Can rule out a more serious injury.

It sounds great: I wish everybody's favorite self-indulgence was this healthy. Use the kind of cinnamon from ceylon as it has less coumarin in it -- the stuff is a very mild hepatotoxin; i searched the nih database and found nobody has ever been reported sick from it & surely you're not the first. There are variety of different cinnamon allergies affecting only a few eople. Enjoy your new love of cinnamon.

Typically developing: 8- month -olds can eat fork-mashed soft foods &amp; finger foods. They also repeat behaviors which garner negative or positive attention. Offer food at pleasant, sit-down family meals &amp; snacks. Don't nudge her to eat. With an emerging pincer grasp, she can  finger feed soft diced food &amp; hold a spoon. Brush her teeth after meals &amp; before bed. The AAP's Guide to Your Child's Nutrition is ~ $9 on Amazon.

Don't use plastic: It is never a good idea to heat food in plastic. There are products that claim to be microwave safe but chemicals still come out of the plastic when it is heated. Some of those chemicals interfere with hormones. You don't need to worry about radiation from computers. It is not the kind that emits radioactive particles so nothing would end up staying in food.
