Possibly: The liver sits in the right upper quadrant, and so it is possible that am injury to that area can damage the liver. With all that being said, it would be highly unusual to injure your liver by the mechanism you described. If you are concerned, consider being seen where an exam and possibly a scan.Can rule out a more serious injury.

Probably! It'll be -: Better that you get it seen to, by your pcp or a gen surgeon, to ensure you haven't had any liver damage, specially in presence of your having gilbert's disease. So get yourself seen to. Good luck.
