i have two swollen lymph nodes on back of neck at night swell during the day they shrink some on right side under arm is sore but no knot please help?

Lymphadenopathy: Lymph nodes swell and fluctuate usually due to the inflammatory reaction of infection. Cancer at your age would be unusual, but not impossible. If it persists beyond a month, you should see someone who can evaluate it with a needle aspiration bx or similar diagnostic procedure.

11 mth old baby has swollen lymph nodes at back of neck.  size of a marble, 4 days.  should i be concerned?  can teething cause it? no other symptoms

Swollen lymph nodes: Those nodes can occur with a running nose and many times when a child teethes his nose will run. You neednt be concerned.

Can be serious: Causes of night sweats include: menopause, idiopathic hyperhidrosis (you sweat too much), infections (tuberculosis is most commonly associated), cancer, medication, neurological causes, hormone problems, low blood sugar.  I suggest you see your doctor.

See PCP: The symptoms you are describing require full assessment by a physician. Enlarged lymph nodes with fever, and night sweats indicate infectious etiology but other conditions may be the etiology too.

Yes: It could irritate the lymph nodes in your neck causing swelling.  more concerning is why was someone choking you?  This should be reported as an assault.  Please do not let someone get away with hurting you.  No one has the right to do that EVER.  Please be sure you are safe.  Avoid contact with anyone who would do that to you.  If you are/feel unsafe call for help, contact local police.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria, viruses, cancers, etc.  When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

i have had swollen glands in my neck and pelvic area since march and im not sure if its a cause for concern. the lymph nodes arent very big.

Watch and wait: If you do not have any symptoms you may watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i have swollen lymph nodes in my neck and a lump on my upper back.  all are painless.  should i see a doctor about this?

Yes: Most lumps in back are sebaceous cysts or lipomas. If a lesion there were malignant it would drain to axilla and not neck.  The lump should be examined to define its nature and then if excsion not indicated, the nature of the cervical nodes should be evaluated.  This can only be accomplished by a physician.
