Lymph nodes filter : The primary symptoms of teething are slobbering, pain, chewing, and irritability. If your baby has swollen lymph nodes along with the above its possible your baby has an infection of some sort along with teething. Children can have lymph node swelling especially when the bodies immune system is fighting the "bugs" they come in contact with. If there is high fever bring her in to the doctor.
