Try probiotics: The problem with taking antibiotics for the long term, especially anything that kills your normal gut bacteria, is that diarrhea can result when your usual normal bacteria get killed or replaced with ones that don't benefit you. Sometimes they can even be harmful. Or one can have side effects from the drug itself. You will need to go see a local doc for some help with this. For now try probiotics.
