Rosacea treatment: Both finacea and Azelex (azelaic acid) are the same medication Azelaic Acid in different concentrations and formulations.  I would recommend only taking one or the other at a time for treatment of rosacea.

: See a dermatologist for an exam and possible biopsy.  An elliptical incision around the lesion will remove incidence of occurrence.

can topical clindamycin effect ibs? i have ibs, and use clindamycin only on my face and upper neck for acne, once a day. my formula is 2% azelaic acid, 1% clindamycin, and 4% niacinamide. i do not take anything for the ibs, just lifestyle management

Clindamycin: Topical clindamycin can be absorbed through the skin and has been known to cause diarrhea and, uncommonly, severe intestinal inflammation. Dermatologists have more experience with side effects of topical clindamycin,however.

question for dermatology: i'm asian decent dark tanned skin had acne on face few months started benzoyl peroxide 5% week ago once daily,skin on face is really itchy now  .would azelaic acid be better option?any other tips on moisterisers scarring etc

See dermatologist: I would suggest that you start a low dose topical retinoid such as Retin A. you even can get differin 0.1% otc Use it on entire face before bedtime. Wash off in am with cold water. Azaleic acid is very effective for post inflam hyperpigmentation, which sounds like what you might have. Use this on entire face.  I would also try a low dose otc sal acid wash to use daily.  Stay away from moisturizers

Depends : Peroxide really won't help you. Benzoyl peroxide is a great first step for cleansing but if really bad a salasylic acid product, especially a peel can be really great. It also comes as a cleanser too but is harsher than he benzoyl peroxide
