Crohn's dosease: Depends on the relief of symptoms called remission. The remission time is different in person to person. Looks like you have flare or relapse because you are taking other meds as well. Your doctor would evaluate the status of crohn's disease time to time and adjust the treatment accordingly.

Not: That i know of. You are basically somewhat
immunocompromised from the medication and should treat yourself that way, get flu shots, be careful in planes and crowded places.

Many possibilities: Causes for elevated liver functions are numerous and include: viral hepatitis (A, B or C), autoimmune disorders (including lupus), toxins (such as alcohol) and drug effects (including azathioprine).
