Dry skin: If the allergy skin testing is solely for itching without any nasal , eye. or respiratory symptoms, I believe that the yield is quite low.   Your response to Aveeno suggests that dry skin is likely the cause and would recommend that you apply the lotion &lt;3 minutes after bathing (avoid scented soap as well) to see if this helps.

Depends: Many of the commonly available oat products are milled at the same facilities that mill wheat. If so, trace amounts of wheat can contaminate the oats and result in a sensitivity reaction. If you examine the consumer label of these products you may be able to find one that is milled on separate equipment and safe to consume.

i've noticed every time i eat oatmeal for breakfast, i feel bloated/gassy afterward all day or for a good part of the day and sometimes even have an upset stomach. other high-fiber foods don't have that effect. could that indicate an allergy to oats?

Digestion/Gluten:  
Gluten insensitivity  can cause these symptoms. If it's only oats, just avoid them. If it is a problem with other cereals (wheat, rye, barley ) you should follow up with a gastroenterologist.

i get heartburn every time i eat carb foods (pasta, breads, oatmeal etc). is this gluten related? i don't experience other gluten allergy symptoms.

Possible: Try gluten-free oat to see if causes the same symptoms.   Even though you may not have the full-blown symptoms,and heart burn is not the usual symptoms in gluten intolerance, it cannot be totally ruled out.  Nonetheless it would be a good idea for you to consult a doctor regarding these symptoms.

See below: It depends on the circumstances. If you did it once, it should not have any effect. If you did it and had sex with a condom, the condom would have become ineffective. If you need a lubricant, use a water based jelly like K-Y jelly.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Yes: Yes, Aveeno (oatmeal) is safe to us in pregnancy.

Accepted Answer

Dry scalp: There is not a contraindication to put a gentle lotion as aveeno (oatmeal) on the scalp.  However, it may not be cosmetically elegant.  There are scalp oils that are more appropriate and that will have more hydrating properties.  Try macademian oil , rosemary oil or argan oil formulations.  The rosemary oil brand that i like is by weleda.
