A 23-year-old female asked:
does anyone know if any serious side effects will occur as a result of the aveeno mosturuzing lotion being placed intravaginally?

See below: It depends on the circumstances. If you did it once, it should not have any effect. If you did it and had sex with a condom, the condom would have become ineffective. If you need a lubricant, use a water based jelly like K-Y jelly.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Is oatmeal and water as a effective as an oatmeal and milk bath?

No: If you are suffering from itching then water can sometimes make that worse. Your skin needs moisturizers and milk has fat in it that acts as a moisturizer.

Does oatmeal contain gluten?

Maybe not: Oats and oatmeal are listed as a gluten-containing grain. More recent reports say that oats don't have the gluten proteins but have small amounts of another protein that may cause reactions in some celiac disease patients. Sometimes the same equipment that processes oats also processes wheat, so there can be traces of gluten from the wheat getting into the oats. So, "pure" oats probably are ok.

How does eating oatmeal lower your cholesterol?

Trap: Oatmeal is a fiber rich grain that is able to trap some fat from the gastrointestinal tract and therefore prevent its absorption leading to decrease in cholesterol. It works like a broom to propel junk out.

Can a baby be allergic to oatmeal even though he just started on it?

Sure: But what symptoms are you talking about? Allergies are things such as runny eyes or nose, sneezing, hives etc. If we are talking about stomach upset, more likely an intolerance, which is a different body chemistry.

Whate are the differences between rice and oatmeal cereals? Is there a benefit to more one than the other?

Yes: Rice cereal is thinner when mixed and easier to swallow in the transsition from sucking to eating. It is also less allergenic . Oatmeal cereal is thicker and more caloric, whic is a good progression from rice cereal to chewing.
