If previously was ok: If it was ok for a person to use her fluticasone nasal spray in the recent past, then it should make no difference whether the spray is a month before or a month after its expiration date. Officially, doctors and pharmacies do not use or dispense expired meds, but a nasal spray doesn't change overnight. Thus, the spray is the same, for some unknown time on either side of the expiration date.

Not necessary. : You can or cannot use mouthwash following the use of this nasal spray. Flonase, a common brand, is a steroid that helps with nasal allergies. It has no significant effect or complication dentally. Some oral inhalant use for asthma has resulted in yeast infections. Use of mouthwash is your choice, not required or needed. If you like to rinse, go ahead. Any questions, call your doctor.

Ok to combine: Each of the medications listed work by a different mechanism.  Montelukast blocks the effects of leukotrienes; allergra is a new generation antihistamine; and fluticasone is a corticosteroid nasal spray.  At the usual doses, there should be no problem with interaction.  However, if a person is needing this much medication therapy, it may be prudent to consult an allergist.

Your kid will be ok: I'm assuming this was prescribed for some reason but either way any dose of fluticasone just once is unlikely to have deleterious effect. Nasal sprays, in general, should be avoided in kids if not prescribed. Decongestant sprays are addicting and cause worsening symptoms over time. Steroids such as fluticasone, disrupt hormonal balances and normal adrenal function if used regularly .

Yes: Fluticasone is a topical nasal steroid spray approved for treating seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis.  It can reduce all the symptoms of allergic rhinitis and nasal steroid sprays are the most effective class of treatment.

Yes: Loratidine and fluticasone nasal spray are effective when used together.  If this is not effective, adding an intranasal antihistamine (rx), such as azelastine (astelin) or olpatadine (patanase) is an option. Dymista is a combination of fluticasone and azelastine and works quickly. None of these products should adversely affect asthma or your current medications.

Fluticasone: Nasal spray, doesn't cure allergic rhinitis, rather controls symptoms of Rhinitis in general whether allergic or non allergic, at times it might dry up nasal mucosa and cause nose bleeds if not used right, better use nasal wash prior to use, and use under doctor's supervision, you want to be cautious if you have high intra ocular pressure

Yes.: There will be no interaction between allegra and nyquil if taken within 6 hours. Also no interaction with fluticasone nasal spray.

Has potential: This is a corticosteroid which although given topically may be absorbed to varying extents and systemic side-effects of steroids are numerous, including adrenal insufficiency when stopped, diabetes, immunosuppression, osteoporosis, and others, but these are infrequent complications of this therapy.
