Strong pulse: I don't think the strong pulsation is directly related unless your blood pressure becomes elevated from the facial discomfort. Have it checked.

Does not help: Your question is confused and does not make sense to me.  Cranial therapy for TMJ involves alleged manipulation of the skull plates and that is impossible and is quackery. Sacral means pertaining to the sacrum which is the lower back and has nothing to do with tmj. Tmj pain is most often from c2/3 of the cervical vertibrae and you can test if turning your neck causes pain.Do not accept quackery.

Oral surgeon: For facial pain' did you contact an oral/maxillofacial surgeon for an evaluation  in addition to a neurologist? An academic setting might be beneficial where there are multiple modalities available to confer.

Check that tooth: Have your regular dentist thoroughly check that tooth... May have a carious lesion that the oral surgeon did not pick up.

i'm sorry i meant atypical facial pain, was told 3 yrs ago it had nothing to do with my impacted wisdom tooth @cyst my palate painful swollen cheek ?

Check it out: If you've had any type of facial pain on one side with swelling you should consult your dds for problems involving your wisdom tooth if one is present in the area or under the skin in the area. They can definitely cause facial pain and swelling especially if partially erupted or trying to cut through the skin. Check with your dds again, if they ignore it find one that will listen to you. Several causes: There could be a number of possibilities.  One could be a nerve dying in a tooth.  Problems with the temporal mandibular joint (tmj).  Inflamation of the facial nerve just to name a few.  If you are exhibiting such symptoms, see a dentist to evaluate your condition  and find out if the problem is dental related.

Attacks of intense, electric shock-like facial pain can occur without warning or be triggered by touching specific areas of the face. I would see someone to diagnose your problem.
