my ct of pelvis said i have a enlarged uterus which measures 9x22 and contains multiple calcifications. although this most likely indicates and enlarged fibroid uterus, given the atypical appearance uterine carcinoma cannot be excluded. is this bad?

Ultrasound: is  more sensitive at detecting small noncalcified fibroids than CT, and it is very common to see small fibroids on ultrasound, which are not visible on CT.  When fibroids calcify they are easy to see on CT.  But many fibroids, particularly small ones, have no calcification.

You : You haven't indicated what symptoms lead to the ultrasound, but i'm guessing it was abnormal bleeding.  That's a common complication of endometrial polyps, which are benign growths on the lining of the uterus.  They are usually addressed by removal though the vagina.

Uterine fibroids are benign tumors of uterine muscle that can cause bleeding, pain, or pelvic/abdominal fullness.  The fact that one of them has calcium in it means that it's started to regress spontaneously.  Treatment of fibroids depends on a lot of things, including the severity of symptoms, patient age, and plans for future fertility.  Treatment can range from waiting for menopause to doing a hysterectomy.

The polyp may be causing you some bleeding and the fibroids may be causing you some discomfort, but t good news is that the findings suggested by the ultrasound are benign.

Seek help -- see your gynocologist. Many options are available for treatment -- all depends on the size and location and your level of discomfort and abdominal distension. Good luck.

Not usually: 50% of women have uterine fibroids by the age of 35.  It is not necessary to perform a biopsy, and that is rarely done.  If there is concern for cancer, the fibroid and/or uterus can be removed.

Symptomatic or not?: If you are not symptomatic with pain or bleeding-nothing to do except to follow the growth of the fibroid. If you have symptoms, such as bleeding or pain ask your MD for treatment options.

Interpretation: A fibroid is a smooth muscle growth in your right section at the top of your uterus next to the right Fallopian tube. It is in the process of "falling apart"(degenerating) which can cause bleeding and pain. The right ovary is shrunken (atrophic) which is common in post menopausal women.

Seek Gyn help: Your gynecologist can help you sort it out. Just get checked every 6 months and get the doctor to check you both by pelvic exam as well as ultrasound of your uterus and ovary. As long as you are being monitored, you should do fine.

Multiple issues: Swollen bowel loop--i don't understand description but this could be diverticulosis or an ileum.
Fatty liver: chronic condition associated with obesity and diabetes, can cause cirrhosis over time.
Fibroid uterus: common in 40 year old women
kidney concretion: I have no idea but maybe this is calcium deposited in the kidney.
No 1 diagnosis puts all of these together.  You need to see your doctor.
