Therefore, avoiding sugars and starches does just that! in metabolic syndrome, the number one cause of cv death, Insulin resistance is the culprit with high levels which are toxic!

But for "pears, " or people with gynecoid builds, little weight lossoccurs!

Reasonable: To a point. Chief value is v.Low simple carbs, but "eat all you want of meat, fat encourages overeating.  On the whole, i despise diets in favor of simply eating "god made" food.
