Unclear question: Infiltrate on chest radiograph is nonspecific term that can represent many different conditions in the lung and has to be interpreted in the clinical context. Common things being common infection ; atelectasis are always a consideration. In the appropriate distribution, appearance ; clinical context pulmonary edema, aspiration, infarct and even tumor should also be considered. Talk to your doctor.

Subtile finding: Normal bronchial walls are hard to see on a chest x ray (arrows in pic). If they are thickened one can see them a little more. Even so, it is a tough call so we say "suggestive of" to say we really are not sure, but we see enough to be more than just a little suspicious. For complete eval of lung tissue we do high resolution CT.
"Bronchitis" is a clinical diagnosis, though, so listen to your Dr.

Mgt/workup: If your baby had a viral infection, these are commonly associated findings. The band of atelectasis is a small area of lung that is closed down, usually by mucus plugs.

It is complicated: You must have had Antibiotic treatment for Abnormal Chest Xray finding associated with the symptoms you described.
If these symptoms persists and Chest Xray does not improve you r doctor would recommend CT Scan of Chest and Pulmonary Function Test etc.
Nausea and loss of Appetite makes me wonder about abdominal problem also, 
Therefore Please follow your doctors advise.

: Translation=part of the right upper lung is not fully inflated. What it means in your case must be discussed with the doc who ordered the test. The wording does not suggest metastatic disease.

CT scan: Proper interpretation of CT or "cat scan" results is a tricky proposition and requires a physician to clinically correlate with multiple factors.   The findings above may simply represent excessive mucus or possibly an infection.  An effusion means there is some type of fluid in or around the lungs.

Atelectasis: There are a number of reasons for atelectasis (collapse alveoli or air sacs) or infiltration (areas of inflammation) in the lung: infection, mucus plugging, or shallow breathing. Though the cause is most likely unrelated to your cancer, lung cancers or recurrent breast may sometimes appear as infiltration.  Best thing to do is to schedule a follow-up visit with your oncologist for evaluation.

Uncommonly it may be caused by bronchial obstruction from mucus or adjacent lymph nodes or other tissue. It depends on the degree of atelectasis but typically is benign.

Can be from old scars, pneumonia or other things like copd, or lung disease. You should be surento do deep breathing exercises, big breath in amd hold as long as you can, that opens the cells back up, and if on breathing treatment regimen then do them faithfully.

It is a very common finding in chest xrays which needs to be interpreted in the face of clinical symptom.
