Infiltrate same as atelectasis in rigth lobe consistent?

Unclear question: Infiltrate on chest radiograph is nonspecific term that can represent many different conditions in the lung and has to be interpreted in the clinical context. Common things being common infection ; atelectasis are always a consideration.
