Unclear question: Infiltrate on chest radiograph is nonspecific term that can represent many different conditions in the lung and has to be interpreted in the clinical context. Common things being common infection ; atelectasis are always a consideration. In the appropriate distribution, appearance ; clinical context pulmonary edema, aspiration, infarct and even tumor should also be considered. Talk to your doctor.
