R U OK now?: If you have no symptoms, you may have escaped unscathed. If you are having GI distress, fever, cramps, diarrhea, malaise, vomiting, etc., see your General Physician, Urgent care, or go to ER immediately.

Nose sensitive: Could have fungal rhino sinusitis. See ENT for endonasal exam and CT scan

can black mold make you feel like you have the flu? covid is negative! im weak, body hurts, no appetite, horrible sinus issues, short of breath doing anything. cant smell or taste (no fever) can black mold be the cause of all these symptoms?

: You need to be retested for Covid-19. It is not uncommon to have a false negative test.  Your symptoms are quite consistent with Covid-19 infection. By my experience, if you have problem with smell and taste, Covid-19 disease is rarely severe, especially for a woman.

what can you do for ongoing symptoms after black mold exposure? is there any long term health concerns from extended exposure? my symptoms currently include really bad congestion & sinus headaches, runny nose, feeling really tired & chest tightness?

: See a GP and specialist for an evaluation (CXR, spirometry, allergy tests, home assessment). Nasal and lung treatments can help allergies&amp;asthma. Most people recover fully. I assume : this blunting was found on a chest x-ray.  Why was x-ray done?  Do you have symptoms?  What are they?  A CTR over .5 suggests an enlarged cardiac silhouette but is overestimated with a pleural effusion which could cause blunting of the costophrenic angle.  i assume you received this info from your doctor so best to get your advice from him/her.

Sinus infection: A sinus infection will often cause the patient to feel tremendous pressure behind their nose and under their maxillary teeth.  Often the patient will report tooth aches and might wonder if a cavity is present.   A 7-10 day course of antibiotics usually clears up these symptoms.

ive been diagnosed with inappropriate sinus tachycardia. i was prescribed midodrine. i was told the tachycardia is a reaction and they think its from low blood pressure. is this dangerous? pacemaker? heart problems?

: Inappropriate sinus tachycardia is not a dangerous condition and would not need a pacemaker. Your doctor would have performed an echocardiogram to rule out any heart problems. 
I will suggest keeping a daily BP and heart rate log so your doctor can assess you better.
Would encourage to hydrate well, consume balanced diet and exercise.

Mobic is an: anti-inflammatory. It will not cause sinus tachycardia. Pain for which you take mobic could. Many other things cause sinus tachycardia because it is a physiological response to something else going on in your body (fever, pain, anxiety, anemia, hyperthyroid, dehydration.) There are autonomic dysfunctions like POTS that can also cause this. Identify the cause of your sinus tachycardia and treat it.

i already took one about 3 hours ago for 24 hour relief of sinus allergies but i was wondering if taking another one right now wo

Accepted Answer

Not the best option: If true food allergy (antibody mediated), then second generation antihistamines (Loratadine, Zyrtec, Allegra) are of little benefit. Itching/hives from foods occur rapidly (usually within 30minutes and certainly within 2 hours) and disappear rapidly. First generation meds like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) work much more quickly. If other symptoms (breathing, dizziness, nausea), injected epi is critical. (see comment)
