Mobic is an: anti-inflammatory. It will not cause sinus tachycardia. Pain for which you take mobic could. Many other things cause sinus tachycardia because it is a physiological response to something else going on in your body (fever, pain, anxiety, anemia, hyperthyroid, dehydration.) There are autonomic dysfunctions like POTS that can also cause this. Identify the cause of your sinus tachycardia and treat it.

No: Most babies will cry after they get a shot. Some may be fussy/sore; others may be more sleepy. It is possible he/she develops a fever or some swelling at the injection site. There are rare reactions that are considered severe, and those are very uncommon. Some parents worry vaccines may cause autism, however this theory has been proven not to be true. Talk with your doctor if you have questions.

First, diagnosis: Sinus congestion is not as easy to diagnose by the patient as one might think. You may really have nasal congestion. And most causes of nasal congestion are viral infections. Therefore, it is very likely that the overall symptoms of a viral infection may lead to a decrease in appetite. The course of these infections is 7-10 days. If longer, consult you physician.

Depends: Depends on the type of reaction. Swelling (angioedema) usually lasts 24-72 hours when it reaches maximum. Allergies can last for very long times if not treated. If unsure, the safest bet is to see your friendly allergist for advice and treatment.
