im taking 5000 mcg of b12 . since beginning this my serum level went from 500 to >2000, is the supplement the cause? read high levels can be cancer!!!

See below: Why are you taking B12? Daily requirement is not more than 5 mcg/day. Body usually has a store of B12 to last a year. High B12 is not a sign of cancer, but you are overdoing B12.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Doesn't matter now: But it might depending on what the oncologist decides to do next. The supplement you are taking does not interact with Femara (letrozole)  but they might want you to stop it when they change treatment. Good luck to you!

Possibly!: There are ilgf-1 receptors on prostate cancer. Thec counter argument, is that this sub-hormone produced by hgh may be important in preventing cancer, since it bolsters our immune surveilance systems.  However, i would think it imprudent to use after the diagnosis of any cancer!

Depends: Vitamin has 8 subtypes. Studies done showing increased risk of prostate cancer used only one (alpha). Each subtype does different things, and vit e is best taken as a combination of more than one subtype. Gamma and delta are good for the heart and blood vessels. Unique e is a brand that gives mixed tocopherols. There are also other brands.

No research based: Assuming you had appropriate therapy (surgery and/or radiation/chemo), close follow is the most important thing for you.  There is no specific research I am aware of to recommend a specific supplement.  A balanced diet, with lots of fruits and vegtables would be good, along with a multi-vitamin.  Your pcp or oncologist may consider blood work to look for specific vitamin deficiencies like vit d.

The VERY best... : Live. Live as if you were still close to nature, as your body was made to do. Stay physically active -- far more than most of your peers.  Do physically demanding work or fitness activities. Eat when you're hungry, and things that seem like real, close-to-nature food -- not the greasy / sugary / salts stuff most of us get fat on. Health comes from living richly, not taking pills. Cheers!

Cancer: Cancer is unlikely. It is standard to link medication to cancer but it is most often not an issue. The DHEA you read about is a very uncommon cause of cancer.

Understood but...: ...you have a considerably  higher risk of cancer (e.g.  adenocarcinoma of the esophagus) due to malignant transformation of Barrett's esophagus in the setting of untreated/undertreated GERD than many of the treatment side effects you appear to be concerned over.

i have a problem with my bowels: consistency, form, mucus(sometimes) but whenever i take a fibre supplement things are getting better!if i had bowel cancer would  the increase of fibre affect the gut in a good way or it wouldn' t make any difference?

Need colonoscopy: You need to see a gastroenterologist to get colonoscopy to find out the cause. There's many things can cause the problem, but first thing need to rule out is colon cancer.

i was prescribed vitamin d and have been taking vitamin d2 50,000 iu for 4 months. i found out today that it contains titanium dioxide. i understand this ingredient could be cancer causing. should i stop taking this supplement?

: If you have a white fur coat it causes cancer as in rats. Ask what the Vit d is for and what is the evidence that taking vitamin D in your condition makes one healthier.
