The VERY best... : Live. Live as if you were still close to nature, as your body was made to do. Stay physically active -- far more than most of your peers. Do physically demanding work or fitness activities. Eat when you're hungry, and things that seem like real, close-to-nature food -- not the greasy / sugary / salts stuff most of us get fat on. Health comes from living richly, not taking pills. Cheers!
