Need colonoscopy: You need to see a gastroenterologist to get colonoscopy to find out the cause. There's many things can cause the problem, but first thing need to rule out is colon cancer.

Maybe IBS: You might have a mild form of irritable bowel syndrome. Fiber supplements can affect the bowel regardless of whether or not a bowel cancer is present. At 25 years of age, however, bowel cancer is relatively uncommon.

Ibs: You most likely have ibs. Colon cancer is not as common at your age unless it is very common in your family, but if you are that concerned, get a colonoscopy.
