AST okay; need more: Info about actual protein levels. Ag ratio of 1.28 may not be abnormal if the levels of individual proteins are within normal limits. It would be prudent to discuss the results with the doctor who ordered the tests as all lab test results need to be interpreted in the clinical context.

You're fine: Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either side. Low AST / SGOT is never a problem.

Low ALT, but normal : Normal value for alt and ast differs in various lab centers.  As long as your alt value within that range, it is considered normal. However, alt value also depends on age, gender, ethnicity, body weight,  timing of blood drawn etc therefore, someone may have lower than others, but within normal range. As long as it is within range set by lab, it is considered normal.

Healthy Young Liver: Nope. These are very normal and signs of good health in a young person.

: First of all, is it elevated ?  if so, how high ? You do not do anything to lower the level which is a measurement of liver function. If it is minimally, there is nothing to do. If it is high, then the cause needs to be determined.

lupus patient- last round of tests show abnormally high bilirubin levels and abnormally low ast and alt. what would cause this and what would it mean?

Obstructive jaundice: You may have a "blockage" of your liver ducts due to your Lupus or one of the medication you are taking!
This needs further study ASAP

Liver "spots" are: very common, and many times they are benign but without seeing the images I cannot make a diagnosis. : I don't have enough information to answer this question. I have seen patients with normal liver enzymes and have hepatitis C or severe liver cirrhosis.  Ask this question of a doctor who can see the entire picture. Usually, low liver enzymes are not concerning.

my bilirubin levels came back quite high (3.1 total) in my recent blood test.  my ast is 31 and alt is 34. my alk phos is a little low at 60. is this something to be concerned about?

: Yes, it is abnormal, your doctor will explain it to you and you may need further testing.
Gilbert syndrome, a benign condition, can have isolated high bilirubin when blood is drawn with fasting, but usually bilirubin level is less than 2.
