See your doctor: Arthritis related to uric acid, would be rare in your age group but still possible, it would require very specific medical treatment and less likely to respond to equipment such as bands /straps which are most beneficial for symptoms from osteoarthritis. Rheumitology   referral may be warranted.

Everyone Gets It: Just takes time.  Usually the normal version of arthritis happens usually in people in their 40s or older.  Degenerative means wear and tear over time, usually in one joint or multiple joints of the body.  You can't stop it however you can slow it down or control it better with medications, injections, physical therapy to strengthen joints and even stem cell therapies to slow it down.

: The recent knee cap (patella) lateral dislocation is less likely related to the tricompartmental arthritis of the left knee although one of the compartment is patellofemoral compartment. No: Certain people may be sensitive to various substances and food, but it is individual response and this is  not a general response. If you have  sensitivity to any of these you may have something happen but i can not suggest that it may increase the knee inflammation.

No: Many causes of joint pain and/or joint swelling (injury, infection). Rheumatoid factor (rf)is not very sensitive(not always positive in patients with ra)and is not very specific for RA in spite of its name.Rf can become positive from certain infections (hepatitis) or other autoimmune prob like sjögren's, but then returns to normal later. Anti-ccp antibody is much more specific.See a rheumatologist.

left knee mri shows i have trochlear groove arthritis. what aerobic exercises can i do? cycling? running? stair climber?

Non impact ideally: Your patellofemoral joint (where the knee cap meets the trochlear groove on the femur) sees 3-6 times your body weight and this is even more with running and other high impact exercises. Ideally you should stick with non impact activities like cycling, swimming and using the elliptical. The stair climber will likely be very tough because the amount of stress it puts on the pf joint is very high.
