what treatment to eliminate the bacteria under the armpit?

No way: You can not eliminate bacteria on the skin. A very high concentration or the presence of certain more pathogenic bacteria can be problematic. In those cases we use anti-bacterial agents such as antibiotics (topically and/or orally) to treat them. Additionally , the use of other topical anti-microbial agents can be helpful to limit the offending bacteria.

Rash: It is difficult to give you a definitive answer without seeing the rash. However, you may be allergic to your deoderant. So try using a non allergic deoderant.

BCG and lumps: It is unlikely that the lump has any relationship to the BCG but you should it checked by your pediatrician. If it doe snto reolve you may need to biopsied and excised.

Hidradenitis Suppurativa: Hidradenitis Suppurativa is an inflammatory condition affecting the apocrine sweat glands. These sweat glands secrete liquid into the hair follicle. For unknown reasons the openings to the gland, or the hair follicle itself, become blocked. When this happens the sweat spreads out under the skin and gets infected. hi, i have a candida infection under my armpit that was unresponsive to cortisone treatment. what can i get over the counter now that i am on holiday?

Fungal cream.: Cortisone does not treat fungal infections, and, in fact,can make them much worse. If you use an over the counter fungal med (Like lotrimin (clotrimazole) or nystatin) and the rash does not get better, see a doc for evaluation.  Also avoid fragrances and harsh soaps which cause skin irritation and will add to your problem.  Avoid animal products with antibiotics used in their feed, as well.

post cancer treatment since feb 2020. i have been working out since jan. this year until a month ago. 3 weeks ago i started feeling numbness in left pinky. now have elbow discomfort and a marble size lump in both triceps closer to armpit than elbow?

See your doctor: There are multiple reasons for the symptoms you describe. It is important to get a medical evaluation. You could see your family doctor who may then refer you to specialist like a neurologist, neurosurgeon or a pain physician. Depending on the cause, you may be prescribed medications, physical therapy,  nerve blocks or surgery.

Different causes: Pain radiating down the neck to the shoulders levels, is very often generated by the cervical facets, usually the last 3- C4-5, C5-6 C6-7. A compressed nerve root gives you a radiculopathy down the arm but thecause of compression may be a herniated disc,a neuroforaminal stenosis or a hypertrophied cervical facet that narrows the neuroforamina, or it can be compressed anywhere else down the path

Hard to say: Since I have no idea what might be available otc in a foreign country, I can't give you a name. Candida will never respond to hydrocortizone, and may actually like it. Look for an anti-fungal.Here we have micotin or lotrazone   OTC that have some anti-fungal activity.
