Hard to say: Since I have no idea what might be available otc in a foreign country, I can't give you a name. Candida will never respond to hydrocortizone, and may actually like it. Look for an anti-fungal.Here we have micotin or lotrazone OTC that have some anti-fungal activity.

Intertrigo: Yeast is not likely. Cortisone is not good for yeast, sometimes makes worse. Most likely it is chaffing and tight clothing in hot weather + travel. Shower very beneficial. Not too hot, no scrubbing. Antiperspirant, even if it stings, may help. Hydrocortisone added if severe itch. Do not shave under arms. If persists, a good dermatologist will help you.
